We hereby guarantee that any "AJUT watch" purchased from our designated store (https://ajutwatches.com) will have product quality problems under correct use.

With a valid warranty card, purchase receipt, and related accessories and information, you can enjoy the following services at our designated "AJUT watch" after-sales service:

1. For genuine AJUT products purchased, quality problems not caused by human damage can be repaired free of charge for 2 years.

2. All of the above services require the provision of valid purchase receipts and related standard parts, and product labels, serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be torn or altered privately.

3. All of the above services must be authenticated by our company and belong to the genuine AJUT brand before you can enjoy the relevant services.

If any of the following reasons occur, you will not be able to enjoy the free warranty service:

1. Damage caused by human factors under improper use.

2. Damage caused by repairs at a special repair service station not designated by our company.

3. Natural wear of metal exterior parts of the watch, such as the case, metal strap, clasp, crown and other parts.
4. Damage to the watch due to force majeure factors such as fire and other natural disasters.
5. Failure to provide a valid warranty card or purchase certificate.
6. The watch is used in a normal environment and has passed the reliability test. Human factors cause the watch to stop or run inaccurately.
7. Damage to any parts of the watch and other damage caused by abnormal use, abuse, carelessness, negligence, accidental impact, knocking, squeezing, surface damage, or non-compliance with the watch regulations.
8. The after-sales warranty card or purchase certificate is lost or altered, the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product, and the purchase certificate with the seller's seal and complete information cannot be provided.
9. Unauthorized tearing and alteration of product labels, serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks.

Note: If it is not within the scope of free repair, but related sales services are required, our company will still provide paid professional repair and maintenance services for your watch.
